Absolutely. Most of our clients have compliance requirements, and we integrate their security policies into our support procedures. Our mobile device management (MDM) protocols are renowned for meeting the controls of SOC 2, SEC, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and other regulations.
If I have a tech problem, how quickly will you respond?
Our super-helpful all-human help team is available 11 hours every weekday (9 AM to 5 PM PST, 9 AM to 8 PM EST). When you reach out, our engineers will answer your call and start assisting you right away. If you contact us outside working hours, we'll respond the next working day.
