The Project
Phase 1A: Security Through MDM
We wrangled all of HireCalling's devices into a centralized, manageable fleet via an MDM platform. This allowed us to standardize, configure, and lock in security settings while we enabled a monitoring regime to shoot off alerts to Ignition's Security Operations Center if any device tried to break the rules.
Phase 1B: Faster, Better Hiring Through Automated Onboarding
With the fleet under control, it was time to create a streamlined onboarding checklist and deploy automated onboarding & offboarding by connecting the MDM platform to Apple's Business Manager and Device Enrollment Program.
Phase 2: Federated Connectivity and Security Through Cloud SSO
We ramped up security even further by implementing a strong front door to cloud apps, activating multi-factor authentication, and role-based provisioning, for access control.
